TIRRENO-ADRIATICO STAGE 4 IN NUMBERS

Alexey Lutsenko, Astana, pulled off an incredible performance on the 221 km long stage 4. The Kazakh champion went solo with over 30 km to go and even though he crashed twice and ultimately got caught on the last kilometer, he still managed to outsprint his rivals to the take win.

Primoz Roglic, Team Jumbo-Visma, put in a strong attack on the final climb and finished second on the stage. Adam Yates, Mitchelton-SCOTT, was third and thereby kept the blue leader’s jersey.
